Dreams might make you wiser, too, provided you can make sense of them.

If unraveling the secrets of your dreams is something that interests you, joining a dream group might be a good idea.

Maggy Anthony, a retired family therapist and author of the book Jung's Circle of Women, will be holding a series of weekly dream group sessions from June through July. There will be two sessions for you to chose from, each running six weeks.

"Dreams show what you're really feeling, as opposed to what you think it is nice to feel," said Anthony, whose dream work is based on Jungian analysis."They often indicate something that needs to be addressed."

"Addressing those concerns will make you more in touch with your mind and body, " she continued. "This can also help you feel better physically."



Cost for each six-week session is $125, payable at the first session.
